High turn over of dentists. Seems to be a new one every 6 months that we go. Hygienists are good though. Some of their assistants could use a little more training I think. Overall it has been fine for our cleanings and the little minor work we’ve had done has gone smoothly.

Had my 1st appointment today. Everyone was so great! My hygienist Crystal explained to me everything she was doing which was great. Dr Williams was awesome and I'll be seeing her again in a month!

I have super high anxiety when it come to the dentist. But everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I explained what I was wanting to do with my visit and they took the time to make a plan for me. I am super impressed with their patience with me and explained everything in great detail. This time around with a new dentist Dr. Alberto Castaneda it was a good experience despite having to go to have work done. Him and his assistant were professional and nice.
The people running the front were polite and very helpful as well.
I'm definitely glad to see the change in culture there.

Receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all very nice. My hygienist Jenny was wonderful. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it. She explained the processes of my upcoming treatments. Dr. Pierce was very nice and talked to me about the treatments I would need. I had a great experience and will definitely be using My dentist for all my future dentistry needs.

Loved it ! The Hygienist was awesome , we had fun actually, talking about all kinds of things and laughing a lot ! she was full of energy and lots of fun too! I lost my anxiety in there somewhere! 🤗 I also liked the Dentist, he didn’t lecture me and made me feel less ashamed of my teeth because like I told him , life gets in the way of dental hygiene sometimes… he was kind . 05-11-2022
