I had my first appointment and my dentist was able to understand my concerns and my goals and set up a treatment plan to get to where I want be! The staff and hygienist were awesome and very professional! Can not wait to have my new smile!!!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Today, when I took my daughter to get fillings, they called her back and at that moment advised me that I am not allowed to stay back with her. She is TWELVE. She is a CHILD. She cannot make dental decisions on her own and should not be subject to work in her mouth without a parent present. Absolutely unacceptable. Didn't ask the age cutoff for a parent being present..... but TWELVE?!?

My son had a sports related dental emergency yesterday. Being fairly new to the area and not being an established patient anywhere yet, I was absolutely terrified that we would not be able to get any help for my son very quickly. I Googled and started going down the list frantically trying to find someone to help us. I repeatedly received the same answers "we don't have anything for at least a month" or "it's too close to closing to get you in today". I was about to the end of the list when I called My Dentist. Y'all, I am not kidding when I say they were an ABSOLUTE BLESSING!!! The lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful, offering an appointment first thing in the morning (which was the best option I had received at that point) I said I would take it and decided to be grateful that it wasn't a month out. I was called back by My Dentist within minutes and the woman told me that one of the doctors offered to STAY AFTER HOURS to help us THAT NIGHT! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! I rushed my son over there to see if there was anything that could be done to help him. From the moment we walked in the door, EVERY SINGLE PERSON was kind, sympathetic, helpful, calm, reassuring and just all around amazing to us! They got us into the back quickly, and started working away. When my son was afraid and uncertain about part of the procedure, the assistant stopped everything and talked to him until he was calm and ready to proceed. Seriously, their work day was over when I called and they helped us when they didn't have to. They had a lot of work to do, again AFTER HOURS, but still took the added time to calm him and reassure us both when they didn't have to. I can't say enough great things about EVERYONE there and the way they operate this business. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a dentist, emergency or not! Great people, reasonable prices, and amazing care!

I always have an awesome experience when I go to MyDentist. Emily, our hygienist, is always very nice and always remembers everything going on with our family. It's nice she remembers and makes it feel like we are best friends! We really enjoy going there because of Emily! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wait time is hardly ever more than a few minutes. They work with you and your insurance. They're really good on calling or texting reminders for your appointments. They have promotions on products and friend referral bonuses. I just signed up for invisalign during their promotion and got everything done (including my teeth cleaning, paperwork, financing) in an hour! Also they make a great attempt to be kid friendly for their younger patients.

Excellent Experience! Caring staff, affordable fees, very short wait times. My husband cracked his tooth and was in extreme pain. After calling several other places we were told it was going to cost minimum $500 sight unseen and it would be a month before he could get in. The ladies at My Dentist got him in the same day, extracted his tooth and relieved the pain and swelling with care and minimal pain and the cost was very reasonable. We can't express enough our gratitude for all you did for us today. Thank you and God Bless. You will be the first I refer anyone to in the future.

Showed up to my appointment today. I received a text this morning stating my appointment was coming up later today but when I showed up they had canceled my appointment because I didn't call to confirm I'd be there. I've never had to confirm I'll be at an appointment. Only if I needed to cancel.
