The staff was extremely professional. My hygienist and Dentist was extremely thorough with my cleaning and examination. They also gave me excellent payment options. I highly recommend it any Dentist!

Poor customer service and unprofessional front staff. No desire to keep the patient/customer happy. States they call you even though they did not. Not willing to fix financial mistakes on their part. More focused on money than keeping patients happy and ensuring they feel like a person rather than a number. Bump your appt stating they contacted you to confirm even though they didnt. Worst service i have ever experienced from a front staff and management. Misleading about insurance coverage and push product.

I waited in my car until someone unlocked the door to let me in . Then they took me straight back to get ready for my teeth cleaning . No problems . The people here are always helpful and very courteous . They have been my dentist for about 3 years . I won’t go anywhere else .

I can honestly say that I am like most people and “hate” going to the dentist, but for some reason I don’t mind going here, and that should say volumes about this place!!! Extremely friendly staff, very clean office space, and absolutely love Dr. Castaneda. He is great at what he does and stands behind his work 100%.
