The Staff at the front check in desk was so polite and very nice and very welcoming. I felt like my business was appreciated. The lady that walked me to the back and did my X-rays was very gentle and nice, she explained things to me and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. The Doctor was very nice as well, he was very gentle and very informative and I loved it. I will definitely be going here from now on and I would recommend anyone here!!! I think this would also be a great place for kids as well. I feel like they would be gentle and very welcome. One of the BEST places I ever been.

The staff was very friendly. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned since 2015. There was no shaming at all! My Dental Hygienist worked diligently to remove the existing tartar. I’m pleased with my experience.

Routine cleaning went fast and great, however afterwards my conversation with the front desk was confusing. With insurance they told me the total was $95, $45 after a referral credit. When asked why it was because I previously had periodontal disease. Nothing I experienced in my cleaning today pertained to that, the hygienist (Crystal, amazing by the way) didn’t even mention any issues. I’m waiting to see what my insurance says about it, but I may just consider seeing a new dentist if this is how I’ll be billed every 6 months.
