I had a wonderful experience here! I came here Friday, Aug 11th, 2022 and I was amazed at how cleanly and beautiful their building was. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and they also had a very kind staff. I loved everyone I met there! I don't remember anyone's name except my dentist, who was Dr. Akharamen and he was amazing as well as everyone else who worked on me. They have very affordable prices too, as I don't have dental insurance and it is very hard to come by a affordable place. Thank you guys so much and I can't wait to come back here for any of my dental needs! You guys treated me like family. 💗

I had an appointment scheduled for weeks today and I show up before the appointment and I go to check in and the receptionist says to me, “we didn’t receive a confirmation for your appointment so we did cancel that…” Um, excuse me? Why would you cancel an appointment that I scheduled unless stated otherwise. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. They wasted my time and my gas because I had to drive across town to get there. I won’t be returning as a patient and my husband will not be returning either. I usually don’t leave reviews like this but I just wouldn’t recommend this establishment for a reliable dentist. They are rude and don’t care about you if they just cancel your appointment without even letting you know.

I could not have had a better experience. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in right away, were mindful of my budget and clear about my options. Jodi was wonderful and Dr. K was gentle and capable. I will definitely be back and would recommend this office to anyone.

I went in got a quote for what it would cost to have everything I needed to have done. It took a few visits. They gave me a printout and showed how much I would be responsible for after insurance paid their part. I applied through care credit And had the remainder taken care of. On the last visit Dr. Hill broke off a wisdom tooth below the gums, so immediately he was done. Told me to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon. Some time later I received a bill saying that I owed another $500 because they submitted it to incorrectly to the insurance company. I had already taken loans to pay all of this up front, plus this was at the very beginning of Covid so I was down a lot of work. I really don’t think I should have even been asked to pay for their incompetence. They have since turned it over to collections because I did not have an extra $500

Today was my first time at My Dentist. After calling several area dental practices, My Dentist was the only one I could find that would accept my dental insurance. I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork online, so they were ready for me when I arrived and got me right in for my cleaning. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

1. Dr. Williams brought her son in who was running around the office without boundaries. (I'm a single parent too, I get it. But you've got to teach your kid how to behave. You can't just walk off and ignore him.)
2. Difficult to talk to a dentist, they are always in a rush. So I made an appointment JUST to talk with the dentist, I took off work and everything. When waiting in the dental chair to speak to her, I was eventually told she would not be available.
3. I canceled the next appointment to fix the cavity they said I had. I went to a different dentist who said I had no cavity to fix! Had a really good experience with Dr. Reagan's office in Neosho, and I will never be back to "My Dentist".
