I was told by another dentist office that I would just have to have my teeth pulled and get dentures then when I went to MyDentist they gave me hope telling me they wouldn’t be pulling any teeth but rather they could fix them! They have gained my loyalty and I will recommend them to everyone who asks! Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this place. They made sure to sign me up for all the discounted cost with vintage one which saved me a lot of money. They set me up a treatment plan that fits my budget and I can make appointments based on my schedule. They were so friendly and made me feel confident about my smile. They thoroughly cleaned my teeth and I left feeling confident. God bless my dentist office. You guys are a blessing

I called late in the afternoon with severe tooth pain, they were able to get me in the next morning. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Jodi made me feel comfortable in a nervous situation. Dr. Williams did excellent work. I highly recommend.

In December 2019, I was pregnant and would just randomly pass out if I stood for longer than a few minutes. Well, I passed out in Ross, twice, and fell face first and busted my 2 front teeth. I originally planned on getting them fixed right away, but life and Covid happened so it just kept getting brushed off.
I went to MyDentist for a toothache but immediately felt so welcomed! I had to have some other work done first, but I now have my teeth/smile back and I feel like a new person!
Huge shoutout to MyDentist in Joplin for never making me feel like less than for the condition of my teeth and getting me my smile back. They’re all so friendly in there and I will forever recommend them 🦷

Hello! Another person with anxiety over the dentist office. The whole environment of this place is amazing! I’ve been having tooth pain for years and no one has been able to do anything about it except them. I went in today for my first appointment and they got me all taken care of in just a couple of hours. They had cleaned my teeth and pulled the ones causing me extreme pain. I’m so grateful to this whole team and I really do recommend them!

I’ve been going to this location for years. Approximately 6-7. I love Jodie and Jenny. They both deserve 5 stars. (As well as a few newbies.)
However the (corporation? LLC?) that is MyDentist needs to treat their employees better. I’ve seen the turnaround rate first-hand as a patient, and that only means a few things:
1. Low wages
2. Bad management
3. Poor work environment
4. All of the above
I deal with anxiety and depression issues. Just when I get comfortable with a Dr, they seem to disappear. Why is that? There was once a fill-in Dr that failed to fill my cavities correctly. Luckily I was not double-charged for this.
Jodie and Jenny make it feel comfortable there. If they leave I will no longer be a patient at MyDentist. The only other suggestion I can make is more privacy between the operating chairs. The tiny wood panel doesn’t cut it.
