Highly recommend taking care of your dental needs here, everyone works very well as a team and they do try to do what is best for you and your insurance. The lady's up front are very helpful and polite as well.

I moved to Missouri very recently and had scheduled a dentist appointment at My Dentist Joplin for soon after I moved here. I knew I had a couple spots that needed attention, but wow was I surprised when I was told by the dentist that I needed FIVE crowns and a number of fillings. I have been under dental care every six months for the past 25 years so this was very shocking to me and I realized I would need a second opinion. I immediately scheduled an appointment at a different dentist and they said I did need one crown and a few fillings (a health decline took a toll on my mouth too), but certainly not what My Dentist Joplin had said. All that said, the hygienist and staff were generally very pleasant, so at least that was nice.

Today was my first experience with My Dentist. We are in a winter weather advisory and I woke up with a partially broken tooth. Of course! Lol. Most of the local dental offices are closed, but they were there. They got me in quickly and took care of my tooth in only one visit. Everyone there was extremely kind & helpful. Not only will I be returning, I will be referring my boys there as well.

Had an emergency due to a toothache and they fit me right in even though I wasn't their patient (I will be now!). Very professional and compassionate. So far, I highly recommend.
