Over the past 5 years of using My Dentist (off and on) I’ve never been disappointed. From the girls up front and those doing work in the back I’ve always had a pleasant experience. The dr’s explain what they are doing thoroughly before doing any work. The office is warm and welcoming as well and provides a positive atmosphere.

I was trying REAL HARD to love My Dentist when I showed up for my appointment. I counted 7 sore spots on my gums from trying to wear my new dentures. I was in horrendous pain and wondered if I could wear them at all. Then walks in Jody. Jody you were my saving grace. She adjusted the fit, took 4-5 times, but I now have dentures that fit good. If I have any more trouble I can just call. She recommended the best products to try and gave me samples. Thank you Jody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😘

The schedulers are friendly and work hard to get you an appointment at a date & time that will work well. The hygienists are generally running close to time for cleanings so you don't have long waits. They offer best treatment options with prices based on ins & out of pocket amounts & are willing to work with you if you need financing options but aren't pushy if you say no. A dentist sees you every visit just to be sure nothing has been missed that is concerning & that you don't have any questions. I've always been treated great here.

I cannot express enough on how grateful I am for the staff at My Dentist. I first met Ashley who took my x-rays. She was extremely friendly and made sure to tell me exactly what was going on through out my visit. I next met Dr. Balmer who was just as amazing. He was super nice to me and talked me through everything. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone that I encountered were super professional and nice. They even mapped out my next four visits of what needs to done. This was my first time visiting a dentist in a few years and I am extremely pleased with my visit. The entire staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone looking for a new dentist.

Emily was super nice and made me feel at ease. She offered options for treatment and answered all my questions. The front desk was very thorough in dealing with my insurance and i left knowing exactly what i would be paying to complete my treatment. Not to mention all this with literally half the cost estimate i was given at another dentist a week ago!

I didint have a ride one visit and they offered to pick me up for my apt. i have never had that kimd of service before. Plus I had 6 root canals in one sitting and they made it a pain free experience. They also bought me lunch during lunchtime break overall the best dentist in the 4 states.
