From the Front Desk to the Dental Chair, the staff at Young Family Dentistry is exceptional. I have had negative experiences in Dentist's offices throughout my life, but this office strives to make an unpleasant situation as comfortable as possible. They are very accommodating. Rob at the Front Desk, always enjoyable to talk to, and extremely friendly. Segan, is very personable . . . I feel like she is one of my friends, when I call. The front of the office begins the experience and makes you feel important and valued. The Dental Asst. that I work with, Katie, is such a blessing. She really makes an effort to ensure I am relaxed (as I can be at the dentist) and comfortable. A great team is a sign of a great leader, and Dr. Young has an obvious care and concern for his patients, that flows through his entire staff. They all seem to have a great amount of patience and I feel like I am treated like family.
