I'm not a huge fan of visiting the dentist. However, I had a very pleasant initial visit at Briarcliff Family Dental. Scheduling was easy & the people are all friendly. Check-in was super simple & I was promptly brought back to the exam room. They evaluated my current dental health, devised a reasonable treatment plan, including a breakdown of the costs, insurance, & my portion to pay, all while I was in the office. My wife had been going to the same dentist across town for years, & I recommended that she should consider giving this place a try.

We had our first appointment with Dr.Florez today and we have found our new dentist!! The office is super clean, modern, and located in Briarcliff (great location)! Everyone at this office is so friendly and knowledgeable! Tara is a great hygienist and talks you through everything she is doing and it explains what she finds. Dr Florez is the icing on the cake, so friendly! He took the time to explain my treatment plan and why we needed to do each thing. My appointment was efficient but did not feel rushed. I felt like I could ask all the questions I needed to. Also my first time to the dentist in a very long time, and no one made me feel embarrassed about that! If you end up at this dentist office you made a great choice!

Always great when it Dr. Weimer's practice and I have high hopes for the new dentist, Dr. Flores, knowing that Dr. Weimer gave him such good accolades. The 4 stars is my way of holding my opinion until I've been with this new group a little while longer. Today I saw just a technician to do an adjustment on a new mouth guard and she was lovely; very helpful guidance and patient with all my questions.
