I love Jackson Family Dental. Every experience has been great. Steven is awesome as well as everyone else. I hate going to the dentist and they make me feel comfortable and secure. I had an emergency and they got me in right away and figured out the issue. Everyone is so friendly and nice plus great care. What more could you want. Awesome!!

Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking, and I left way less nervous than I came. I’m glad to have found this office. Jennifer and Dr McCaul took good care of me and my teeth, and I actually look forward to coming in again.

I absolutely love Jackson Family Dental. It was such a blessing finding them as my husband has a dental phobia and struggled going anywhere else. They are warm, inviting and kind. They will walk you through your treatment step by step and for him, explain each tool they are using and why. They are also intentional about not scheduling too many things for him in one day. I truly hope we are able to continue getting treatment here the rest of our lives.

Hands down the best service I have received anywhere! Especially as a new time mom. The receptionist Karen was more than helpful throughout our entire visit. She went above and beyond by entertaining our 1 year old while my husband and myself were getting cleanings. Dr. McCaul was very friendly and patient while examining our 1 year old. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this office. You'll get a very warm welcome and a cookie at the end of the visit.

I had the greatest experience at Jackson Family Dental. Everyone is kind, it's a judgement free zone. The check in/ check out staff are friendly and informative. In my appointment, Dr.Jackson, took time to explain what was going on with my teeth, and next steps. My dental assistant, Jennifer was kind and so thorough! making sure I was comfortable for my whole cleaning. If you need a new dentist, or are looking to switch, I highly recommend Jackson Family Dental.

This highly professional staff still manages to provide a warm atmosphere. They use the newest dental technology, don’t push unnecessary services and are sensitive to the cost of dental care. So pleased I made the change to Jackson Family Dental (new office is close to Andy’s near Liberty!)

I am a high anxiety patient. The staff and the doctor did everything to make me comfortable and at ease. They want to know the person and not to just treat you like a patient. They were able to get all of our family in at the same time. They explain everything. I completely recommend them.
