Everyone was very kind and professional in how they treated me from the time I walked through the door till I left. Make sure you bring a complete copy of your medical history, your medications and your surgeries with you. Lots of info required for the first office visit of the year. Doesn’t matter if nothing has changed. It would be great if the office could print a copy of their current records on you for you to update. That would be better customer service. I have extensive EMR experience and this is very possible.
