Excellent experience! I was in need of a new dentist and found Platinum on my insurance plan, so I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed! Online scheduling was easy, and patient intake was electronic so I didn't have to deal with a clipboard when I arrived. The staff were very kind and welcoming. My exam was thorough and every step along the way was fully explained. Dr. Akam was professional and friendly, and provided a detailed current assessment of my teeth along with a plan for what we will monitor over time. I went to Platinum Family Dental initially for an emergency toothache. They were able to see me within hours! They were able to locate the issue and get me fixed up the same day! Normally I’m terrified of having my teeth worked on, but this was easily the most comfortable dentist visit I’ve had in my life. I was able to start a payment plan to help financially so I could still get my teeth fixed without worrying about paying the same day. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kind smiles up until it’s time to go. Way to go Platinum Family Dental!

After a rocky start regarding scheduling which was turned around by the amazing office manager my 3 year old and I had an amazing visit!! Allie, our dental hygienist was phenomenal with my 3 year old!! The dentist was also phenomenal and quite thorough! If that wasn’t enough, the office manager’s daughter also works there (family environment) and she was the absolute best with my son!! She hung out with him in our space, played with him, and kept him company after his appointment so I could also get my teeth cleaned. It was an amazing experience and I couldn’t be happier!!
