Platinum Family Dental

No wait time, everyone was pleasant, the hygienist explained everything in detail and the dentist wasn't aggressive about treatment plans. He explained what he thought was important for overall good dental health and has a conservative approach on potential issues. Finally we found a dentist we like!

Staff is amazing ,gentle people this is the Dentist as well! I am so happy! I was referred from the VA Community Service office and will let them know of the care and professionalism I received at Family Family Dental!

I had a great experience, everyone was so friendly and professional from the front office to the back. I especially enjoyed Allie my hygienist! I highly recommend Platinum Family Dental and Dr.Akam!

I am definitely not fan of Dr. Offices or Dental Appointments, neglected it for years even. This office has been more than accommodating to make me feel comfortable.

•Summary:
Not only can I say I always was happy to go into this office after my initial appointment meeting the staff, they are a fantastic team!
Going leaps and bounds to make sure every experience is pain free, simple and comfortable!
And they were more than willing to explain every little detail that was happening if I asked them to. So I could understand what was happening or what instruments were used for exactly.
Not only do I feel like I was professionally and friendly taken care of but I feel like I developed a family with the team here. I almost gotta hold myself back when I go in, I don't wanna disturb any ones work or others appointments. But just wanna say Hi to everyone! They are always so happy and kind and friendly. I will definitely be with Dr. Muhammad and C.J. and team, alot of great people to name. Gotta bring the family in next now.

____ Breakdown ____

•Work done and experience:
>Fillings done, I needed many.. but they were very simple, they flew through them efficiently, and I'm very happy with them, can't even tell

>Crowns were the longest process since a lab makes the perminant crowns, but any time I had an issue with the temporary ones I gave a quick call and was in there within a few hours to remedy it

>I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, and it was the simplest thing I've ever been through, not even a tiny pain and it was done. Almost unbelievably simple and fast!

•Scheduling:
-I was a little late to the first appointment and they were more then willing to work with me, and create a complete care plan for all the work I needed. (Crowns, fillings, and extraction of wisdom) most my entire mouth. As I said much neglected.

-No pain or complications on the way. These guys did extensive work on my mouth, chunks at a time. Working around my tight scheduling restrictions with work, and having to reschedule some appointments due to work calling. And they were always extremely pleasant to work with, never made me feel like a burden and just did their best to get me taken care of.

-The cost of having an entire mouth of my damage fixed is high but they helped me by laying out a plan by doing most important (most risk to loose teeth) first and then work down to the smaller detail work down the line.

I thought I would regret my decision going to do my dental work, and was super anxious and also worried financially. But I regret nothing. And will make that decision 100 times over now!

I am surprised I even pulled into the parking lot bc of how much anxiety I get from going to the dentist!!! Everyone is so amazing and for the first time in my life I can say I had a great visit to the dentist. Everything was thoroughly explained and very time efficient. I will be staying with Platinum. It’s the best experience I’ve had.

I’ve had the best experience here. The staff was amazing (every single one of the them) including Dr. Akam Muhammad. Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am 8 months pregnant and they really handled me with care. I was in so much pain and they were able to set me an emergency appointment, do my filling, cleaned my teeth, referred me to the endodontist and found the root to the problem and then I was able to get my wisdom teeth pulled all within 2 days! They really take the time to take care of their patients and they work with you on payments. Dr Akam and his assistants made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease. Getting my wisdom teeth pulled was fast and wasn’t painful at all. Thank you guys for everything 💛

The staff at Platinum Dental are super friendly, gentle, and do their best to make sure you feel comfortable! Whether you have major dental work that is needed or routine cleaning, I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Akam Muhammad And C.J I just wanted to thank you all for being so sympathetic and sweet to me these past two weeks-with all my troubles and pain. You each hold a very special place in my heart and I appreciate your compassion as well as your concern. There’s just no other dentist office in the world.

I enjoyed getting an exam from the friendly people at Platinum Family dental. Everyone from walking in the door to leaving treated me extremely nicely, explored all options that worked for me, worked quickly and efficiently. I will be back to get my work completed!

The staff of platinum dental done a great job on my tooth extraction. They were polite and attentive and doing it in a very timely fashion. I’m still on the healing process so far so good.
