I have been going there for 30 years and have great experiences with all their staff....very professional!!

I'm a former dental hygienist and was a long time patient of Dr. Barrow. Change is always difficult and uncertain. However, I continue to be very impressed with Dr. O'Connor. This was my first dental procedure with her and I thought she did an excellent job. Of course, myself and my kids continue to see Becky for our hygiene appointments and feel she is excellent at her job as well. Thank you to all at Plaza Family Dentistry.

I chose PFD because it was close to home and they accepted my insurance. I'll continue to choose PFD because the staff is amazing, they're hella professional, and so far all of my experiences there have been positive. The office is clean and bright, and made me feel at ease.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled today, and you know what? It was kind of a fun time. Maybe the pandemic has got me feeling the social isolation, BUT I got to listen to Frank Ocean while my teeth came out and it made the process enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

First work I've had done with Dr. O'Connor and her team. So far so good! They've been friendly, accommodating and thorough. I appreciate the time spent addressing my concerns and developing a plan that works for me.

So I've been a patient for several years now. I think they are amazing. Becky is seriously the best hygienist I've ever seen. The whole team takes really good care of you and is always considerate of your needs and goals.

I saw Mike Murphy and Eilise O’Conner. I am not happy with the dentists in this office and they lost me as patient. No need to get into all of the details but I would look elsewhere -- After I paid the full amount due at the visit they sent me another bill after the fact saying they underestimated. I hate that. Then they emailed and called me to collect the debt, which I thought was invasive and rude. I finally gave them my credit card number by email but I requested they honor their new patient offer before running it. Well they sent a debt of under 90 dollars to **collections**. Just wow!

Plaza Family Dentistry won my business. Simple as that. I had been shopping for dentists all over the KC area and finally found this spot.

Dr. O'Connor and her staff are friendly, thoughtful, and did a great job shuffling around the schedule when I was in a pinch. I can't thank them enough.

First visit in years and Becky made me feel very comfortable and kept me engaged with my information. Dr. O’Connor Is very knowledgeable and was confident in her work which made me comfortable.

Great place for all things tooth related! Hard to believe that I actually have fun when I come here, but it's true. Dr. O'Connor, and all of her team, are amazing. She does great work and always very informative on what needs done, as well as preventative care, suggested follow-ups, etc. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and look forward to bringing my little one here soon.

Just left my first visit and had a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and the place has a relaxing environment with pretty views of the Plaza. I'm very happy to have a plan to get the teeth I want.
