It was a pretty bad experience from start to finish. They were all nice but not knowledgeable or trustworthy enough for me to go back for dental work.
A red flag was the billing clerk having no idea what a predetermination was, and the equipment is outdated.

Dr. Shah is amazing, made me feel really comfortable. Very affordable price, great treatment and they got me in on same day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in Brookside.

This is my favorite place of all time. I personally went to the smile palace from age 4 to 21 (yes 21). They were seriously the best, I get emotional thinking about my visits there. I stopped going when Dr Cannon wasn’t there as much. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I woke up my 3 year old son at 7 am, dragged him out into 25 degree weather, and drove 40 minutes to his 830 am appointment. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for several days due to water damage. No phone call. No voicemail. No text message. No email. No notification from them at all that I should not come to the appointment! How unprofessional and inconsiderate can you get?

I was told my child would either need to be put under or use a papoose board (restraint) for the fillings needed. They want payment before any work has been completed (we didn't have insurance so that was over $1000). They didn't receive our check (probably because their office is closed on certain days and closes by 4PM) so our appointment had to be canceled. The front desk lady is not helpful or friendly and uses poor grammar. She wrote in a note to us, "That's what the dentist seen." Very unprofessional place.
When I complained on Facebook, a friend said about this place, "The place smelled like if you light a match, it will catch fire. Dental assistant scared my daughter to death. Dentist was too busy trying to tell me how my baby will be put to sleep for the work to be done. I was 5 minutes late because I couldn't find the place, they made me wait in the lobby with no explanation for a whole hour. That place is terrible."

Came in for an extraction and it went extremely well. Staff is super kind and Dr. Shah made sure I didn't feel any pain through my procedure.

Smile Palace is the absolute Best! Dr. Pleasant is wonderful with the kiddos, making them feel comfortable and at ease with everything! Oh..he takes care of adult teeth too!
