Found this dental office from Google maps "dental office near me". Liz is the hygentist - thorough, friendly, kept me informed during digital xrays and cleaning. She took color photos of my teeth to illustrate the good and the not so good. Likewise, Dr. Caye was very pleasant and carefully explained the work that would be needed and why. I plan to continue with Premier Dental and will happily recommend these good people.

I called this office to make an appointment and while spelling my name, the front desk person claimed that she couldn't hear me, asked me to call back and promptly hung up on me. I called back immediately but no one answered; I've tried to call back for 2 weeks and during business hours but no-one answered my calls. My call was finally answered the third week and, after a long hold, I got an appointment. Surprisingly, I received a call about 30 min later, informing me with a very condescending tone, that my appointment is cancelled because my insurance is Medicaid ... I was chocked because:
- MY dental insurance is NOT medicaid, I have a Humana traditional PPO plan
- I've verified and confirmed with my insurance prior the call that Dr. Caye is in network
- I called my insurance company after the fact and told me that nobody has called from that office to verify my coverage, while the person who cancelled my appointment clearly told me that she just got off the phone with Humana and Dr. Caye is not in network. So she lied for only her knows what reason.
I hardly jump into conclusions but I think this is discrimination . I speak French so yes I do have an accent BUT it's not hard to understand. I don't understand why she chose to cancel my appointment without giving me the option of maybe paying out of pocket for my cleaning . Given the situation and the way they treated me , I wouldn't have agreed anyways .
I'm happy that I finally found a fantastic dentist, Dr. Gregory Calloway. Outstanding service, very detailed, friendly staff, the waiting time is so short that you wish you had time to compose a text message.
Premiere dental staff should learn how to treat people like people and be better about the false excuses they pick to reject a potential patient. Oh, and how about not lying at all!?!?!

Very professional and very friendly. Had been having tremendous pain in my lower jaw because of a cracked tooth. Called Premier Dental and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. The dentist extraxted the tooth and I can honestly say I did not feel any pain. Just a little bit of pressure and tooth dust, lol. I will definitely go back if I need more work done.
