I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while and was referred to Highland Dental by a family member. I had a great experience with Dr. Reuter. He explained all procedures and clearly went over options for treatment plans. The office staff was friendly and helpful - especially Brittany. I’m not usually a fan of dental visits, but this one was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Highland Dental - they hit it out of the park!

Very nice and pleasant staff. Office is clean and seems to run very smoothly. Dr. Reuter is a very pleasant and competent dentist, he uses different techniques to minimize pain, he asks questions, gives clear and easy to follow instructions for self care after procedures, and accepts feedback gracefully. I had a very pleasant experience.

Not that I didn’t get good service but my dentist was stretched so thin that he didn’t have 5 seconds to barely talk to me about my follow up appointments. He would be headed out the door and I kept having to call him back with questions!!! Poor guy!

Hang on…….I’ve been reading their reviews and they do root canals??????? I’m being referred to some other dentist in Kansas City!!!!! I’m not happy about having to go to another office to get a tooth fixed!!! This is a lot of BS!!!!

Our family has been seeing Dr Klein for several years. Dr Klein and staff are great with the children and us parents with explaining the procedures and taking the time to make you feel comfortable. Our family is usually busy and appreciate appointment times being on time with little waiting.

This was my first time there. The reception was friendly and welcoming. They talked me through the entire visit, including me in the process. The doctor was professional and gave me multiple options that he thought would suit me, he didn’t try to sell me anything. They even guided me through the insurance debacle, which to me is a nightmare. This is where i will go for my treatment from now on.

My appointment was at 8:00. I always get there early so i sat and waited. I was getting apprehensive like always when i have to wait, especially at the dentist. When they called me, at 8:00, i was kind of nervous but that didn’t last long. They took me back to the room, i filled out some papers and got in the chair. I was expecting a 4 or 5 hour stay. They cleaned my teeth and pulled 3 bad ones in less than an hour and a half. And had my next appointment before i got out of the chair. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit in which they’ll do the same thing only on the left side this time. I’m recommending this office to all my cop workers, friends and family.
I think this was my third visit. I didn’t have to wait long before they called me. They, again, explained everything they were going to do and had me in and out in no time and had me set up for my next appointment before i got out of the chair. I love this place and recommend it to everyone i know.
06/16/2022 On this visit i had my teeth cleaned, which didn’t take very long they do good work. After the cleaning the dr came in looked at my teeth found the beginnings of a problem and set me up to have it taken care of. I enjoy coming to this dentist office.

Highland is the BEST! Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. Never have I ever felt "scammed" or like they weren't being honest about their recommendations. Knowledgeable staff. Great with kids and with my hubs who has always loathed dental visits!
