Being an horribly anxiety filled patient, I just can't believe how well my appointment and extractions went. After being unable to get an appointment within my town within the next few weeks for urgent pain, I was able to get in AND cared for same day. Staff was so kind and comforting. Super efficient and friendly! My previous dentist told me I'd have to have a tooth extracted by an oral surgeon in Springfield (expensive and time consuming with the first visit being a "consultation".) Dr. Ahmadnia at Access on the other hand took one look, numbed me up and had the thing out in less than 90 seconds, and it didn't hurt at all.

All the staff has been very helpful and friendly. My 4 year old had to go with me to a long appointment and they were all understanding and helpful with her while I was having work done. Also I had some pain still while the Dr was working on my teeth he stopped and gave more shots to make sure I couldn't feel anything. I hate the dentist and still have more work to have done but I look forward to going back to Access in Mt Grove as I felt as comfortable as I could given the circumstances. Also the ladies in the front have been so great walking me through the billing and insurance process.

My 4 yr old had a check up here, they were friendly, and kind with her, she was nervous at first about going but by the end of the visit she was no longer nervous. They were great with her! And I was grateful it was a positive experience!
