Comfortable, welcoming office start to finish. Dr. Reagan is very personable and obviously loves his work and his patents. He explains everything in detail and with 3D display. Very state of the art equipment to make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. ALL of his staff are very nice and friendly and I never noted any stress or tension in the environment in the several hours that I have spent there. I didn't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment either. Highly recommend!

Haven’t been to a dentist in 8 years before coming here. My prior experience was that dentists were always rude and verbally humiliated you in the chair during your entire visit. This was definitely not the case as the people here were so warm and inviting. They truly want you to have a great experience and make your smile the best that it can be. I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I loved my first visit to Family Dentistry of Neosho. Everyone was so happy and friendly! They used very updated equipment I had never seen before for my tests. By the time I left they had a mound of information on every tooth in my mouth. All the tests were explained well and all the results were shown to me. The environment was so pleasant I almost forgot I was in a “dentist office!” I call it ‘a happy place’.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable the whole time. The exams were thorough, everything was explained well and I didn’t feel out of the loop. I feared going into my appointment today but now I’m ready to go back and take care of what needs done. I have never had a positive dentist experience, so this was refreshing. Highly recommend.

Quick initial appointment to be seen. Listened to my concerns and what I wished to happen. Set up a full game plan with my approval. Dental hygienist was very relaxed, concerned with my well-being and thorough with my cleaning. Doctor was very straightforward, explained details in full and didn't talk down to me like most doctors do. Appointment was a very relaxing experience. I'm excited for the next few steps!

They always take that extra step to make sure I'm comfortable and clearly explain everything from what they're doing in my mouth to payments. I really appreciate Dr. Nine and all the nurses here!! I would highly recommend to anyone 🥰

My kids and I have been patients of Dr Reagan’s for 10 years. And all three of us actually ENJOY going to the dentist! Dr Reagan is phenomenal in his care and treatment, along with his wonderful team of dental hygienists and office staff.
