Visited Nixa Smiles for the first time today. I am a very anxious patient, and generally do not go to the dentist very often because of this. However, everyone at the office, from Haley to Dr Kelly, put me at ease. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr Kelly recommended a treatment plan to get me back to dental health, and Haley reviewed the expected out of pocket expenses that I would be responsible for. Overall, a very positive experience.

I happened to come across Nixa Smiles as an emergency and the only dentist in the area that could get me in as an existing filling had broke the beginning of this year. Not being a fan at all and having multiple bad experiences with dentists i wasnt looking forward to any visit. The entire staff is amazing and will go beyond your needs to take care of you and make you comfortable! I highly recommend them. Dr Dove and Emily are the best.

The Nixa Smiles crew is so friendly! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. My 7 year old actually ENJOYS going to the dentist. Bonus: their Nixa Plan is so helpful for those of us who don’t have traditional dental insurance!

Wonderful office! Dr. Kelly is very gentle, thoughtful, and I appreciate her attention to detail. She and Emily are a great team. I've come multiple times and always receive genuine care whether from Hallie, Shawna, or Sam, too. Thanks everyone!

I have come a long way in 3 years. I'll never go to another dentist. I used to cry every visit because 1. I was scared (due to past experiences with other dentists) and 2. I knew I had a lot more work to be done, the financial burden felt so daunting. Dr. Kelly is always up front and honest, she assures me it's okay to let her know if I'm in pain, she wants to know. I've never felt judged or put down for how bad I let my teeth get. I'm so happy I found this team. They've taken all the anxiety out of dental care for me. I'm so grateful.

This place is awesome! I have horrible dental anxiety and because of this had not been to a dentist in years. Can’t say enough about Dr. Kelly, and all the staff from the front desk, dental assistants to the hygienist. I live 2 hours from their office and will gladly continue to make this drive to use them. Dr. Kelly is very caring and does whatever it takes to make me comfortable. I also can’t say enough about Emily. She is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She & Dr. Kelly helped me thru a very difficult extraction. Highly recommend!
