I have never been to a more friendly and welcoming health care office than Nixa Smiles! From the moment I stepped through the door everyone I encountered was professional, friendly, and conversational. The interior of the building is well-decorated and clean, and advanced technology makes your experience much more convenient and streamlined. All of the employees are efficient and gentle in teeth cleaning and the like. And Dr. Dove is hilarious! A++!

SOOOOOO thankful for Nixa Smiles Dentistry! I had an infected tooth. They set me up as soon as was possible. When they called to confirm the next day, I told them how bad the pain was. They told me to come in right then. I was so grateful. I had been up most of the night in pain!! Couldn't even go to work. So thankful they are so caring and worked extra hard to get me in there. 👍👍👍👍👍

We went for the first time yesterday (my daughter and me). They were on top of everything, very accommodating (were able to change my appointment at the last minute) and amazing with my kid. Best part - this morning my daughter told me, "you know - I love the dentist"!! I think that speaks for itself.

This is my dentistry for life! My husband and I have been going here for a few years now and we love it. The experience is pleasant and not stressful at all. They make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Any time we have to have fillings or other treatment, it is a breeze. Dr. Kelly and staff are so sweet and friendly! Before I visited Nixa Smiles, I hadn't been to a dentist in around 15 years. My level of dental anxiety is high, but I have always had dental issues. I realized it was time to bite the bullet and see someone to manage my poor teeth as many were broken, cracked, or had cavities.
I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Dr. Kelly Dove and the rest of her team. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating to ensure I understood what would be happening and why it was being done. After having an exam, I was explained my options and given help to come up with a treatment plan that works for my specific situation.
I expect to visit the office many more times in the future and feel blessed I ended up in a place where I felt comfortable and taken care of. While I am sure the procedures still to come will be uncomfortable, there is no doubt in my mind that I will be treated well.
If you're looking for a dentist in the Springfield area, there's nowhere I could recommend more. They deserve 5 stars and then some in my opinion.

Dr. Steve is awesome! He made my experience as enjoyable as it could be and was so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him! I've been so anxious about going to the dentist after a difficult experience elsewhere and a lot of judgement; I didn't experience any of that here! They even worked me in, so no waiting 2 months for an urgent appointment either!
