I have never been to a dentist office with a doctor and staff more friendly than that of Nixa Smiles. I do not handle the dentist well, and have some pretty rough jaw pains when I get work done. Luckily, at this office I have found Dr. Kelly, who is both amazing at her job, and incredibly patient. Dr. Kelly, her staff, and the overall atmosphere of the office make me feel welcome and at ease (which is no easy task for a dental office). I've been to the office several times lately to get work done, and you could almost say the staff has become like family; they sure welcome me like I am. Nixa Smiles is well named, not only because it's a neat little play on the teeth's connection to smiling, but because you recieve so many welcoming smiles from the doctor and staff. I highly recommend Nixa Smiles to anyone searching for a welcoming, friendly, efficient, and amazing place to fix up their smile.

Awesome! Will recommend Dr. Dove to everyone. She is gentle and the calmness makes the environment more enjoyable and nerves at bay. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but seeing how she was with my 4 year old encouraged me. All the office ladies and hygienist are amazing!!!

Dr. Kelly and all her staff are awesome. I choose to use them for cleanings, checkups, and any work that needs done. They are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Example: I went in for cleaning and checkup, we found some work that needed done, they saved me a second trip back and fit me into their schedule same day. And they have done that for me multiple times.

Had an absolutely great first experience at Nixa Smiles! The staff was friendly and professional. The office has a clean and modern feel. There are great options for those without dental insurance. Plus, the giant TVs in the dental rooms and complimentary water bottles up front are great bonus touches. I live 20 minutes away in Springfield and it's 100% worth the drive for this dentistry.

Nixa Smiles is great. I did not like going to the Dentist until i met Dr. Dove and her friendly staff, now i cannot wait until my next appointment to see them all again. Dr. Dove did and AMAZING JOB on my teeth and is the best Dentist i have had the pleasure of meeting.

I hadn't seen dentist in almost 10 years because of my dental anxiety. I had a tooth that was bothering me, so I had to break down and find a dentist. I use the Google search engine and came across Nixa smiles, it was the best phone call I ever made! They were able to get me in on an emergency that very day. After discussing options with me, we decided on a plan of treatment. I have never met a more friendly and courteous staff in my entire life! I needed a lot of work done, and they were able to help me with payment options. And I'm sure I asked them the same questions a million times and they never once seemed irritated in the fact that they had to repeat themselves. I opted for the sedation dentistry, given my anxiety. I am here to tell you firsthand, sedation dentistry is the way to go! Between the staff, Dr Dove, and the sedation medicine, I have had the best dental experience that I've ever had in my entire life. 5 + stars to Nixa smiles, I will definitely be back and also recommending to everyone I know!

It was our 3 year olds first trip to the dentist and the staff could not have been any more welcoming!! The office decor is so warm and inviting. Everything combined took away the stress for her and me and made her first experience a great one!

From the minute I walked through the door and greeted by Brady my experience with Dr. Kelly Dove and her staff was wonderful. Haley her dental assistant was so caring and helpful throughout my visit. The facility was warm and welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Dove! 😁

The staff and Dr. Kelly Dove are phenomenal. They make your experience fun. I have never waited, I'm always checked in quickly by the wonderful staff. The assistants are kind.
