Dr. Dove and her staff, particularly her assistant, Emily were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, compassionate and Dr. Dove gave me unbiased information on my options, without pressuring me to choose any specific one. I have not a clue as to what her method is when it comes to giving Novocain injections, but I barely even felt the needle. In fact, I wasn't even sure that's what she had done until I couldn't feel my face :). They are top-notch at Nixa Smiles and I highly recommend them.

I arrived at the Nixa Smiles office to a smiling staff that was very friendly and professional. I was then given a tour of their offices and introduced to the staff. I felt welcomed and happy to be in good hands! They did a great job and even offered a great membership program. Since i have no dental insurance, i was thrilled with the benefits the program provides at an awesome price and signed right up!

I went to Nixa Smiles because a friend recommended me there and I don't regret it! I live in Willard and definitely think it's worth the drive. The office is very friendly and the staff makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. I did have a couple cavities :-( but I was given a plan for treatment without any pressure. Overall, I had an excellent experience! Thanks, Nixa Smiles 😁

The staff not so much
I spoke with Rachel J and she was sarcastic with a laughing tone when she would respond. Our conversation was not private, I was on speaker because you could hear her colleagues chiming in over our conversation- they too laughing and making a mockery of me! Is t this against HIPAA?!
My previous provider had a very professional setting with no setting to have someone on speaker or even to joke and play while a customer was present (in person or over the phone)

Dr. Dove does such a good job!! She is very friendly and really cares for me as a patient. Her staff is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable during and after the dental procedures. I highly recommend her to everyone!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Steve, Dr. Kelley and all the staff at Nixa Smiles! Seriously the BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had. The staff are all super sweet and friendly! Dr. Steve and Dr. Kelley are so amazing and open, they make you feel so comfortable and make the whole experience feel like a breeze. I’d give them a 100 star rating instead of just 5. I highly highly recommend them!
