My wife and I are so glad we found Dr. Dove at Nixa Smiles. Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians are so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We have never felt like just a patient, it's more like you are a friend. The prices for thier services are very reasonable and they have a good prepay discount plan. Also, we have never felt that they are trying to upsell us on their services. They are very good at explaining what is really needed now and what can wait until later. They get an A+ from us. The best dentist out family has ever been to. Excellent staff, super friendly, and cares about their patients. I love this dentist office. Everyone is so friendly and I'm always happy with the results of my cleaning and other work I have had done there. My dad was visiting from out of town and lost a filling. Wonderful experience! After someone recommended Dr. Kelly and Nixa Smiles to me, we did some research online... Sedation dentistry was life changing for me. Previous dental experiences have made me avoid the dentist for years. Dr. Kelly and her team were fabulous working with my anxiety and showing me that I truly can have a healthy mouth. With the sedation, I barely remember anything during the appointments and I now have a healthy mouth. I hope this review helps others choose sedation dentistry and a healthy mouth, just as I have.

Nixa Smiles is by far the best dental experience I have ever had! From the moment a patient arrives they receive 5 star service that begins with a personal greeting by name. They obviously work very hard to consistently provide top notch customer service with each appointment, procedure, and even through follow up.
To adequately rate their customer service you must move beyond the dental field and compare to the best customer service companies in business, such as: Nordstrom, Amazon, or Trader Joe’s; but Nixa Smiles service is more important as they are actually doing dental procedures.
