Most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist, me included! My experience with Excel Dental in Ozark has changed that. I would rate Dr Tracy Davis, and her staff, off the charts.I felt welcome and at ease the minute I walked into the office and when I left, I felt like I had not only found a great dentist but I had also gained new friends. This was my first time here and my experience was great! Everyone was super nice and friendly! The chairs were very comfortable and Jenna was very gentle! Dr. Tracy was super nice and cared about my feelings towards my teeth!!! I will definitely stay here for all my dental needs! 😁

Dr. Tracy and the staff at Excel Dental are Fantastic! We had a tooth emergency during the evening hours with my son who took an elbow to his front teeth during a basketball game. The response time of both Dentists was immediate and Dr Tracy saw him early this morning‼️ Such fantastic care and a “patient first” practice. I can’t say Thank you enough 😊.

Have gone to Barnett-Davis (now Exel) FOREVER. Absolutely the best dentists in the country. You won't find better anywhere. They are so friendly and personal. It is always filled with laughter. You know they love their job and make every patient feel special. They are extremely thorough and care about your teeth as much as you.

Most pleasant cleaning I’ve experienced in 72 years! I am a dental phobic person, so it takes quite a bit for me to associate anything “pleasant” about a dentist’s office. Excel is THE place to go!

New office delivers on aesthetics but fails to deliver on experience. While the new office is full of "glitz and glamour" their new process is giving me flashbacks to my Innovative Dental days. Yes the staff are nice and my hygienist was awesome so five stars for that, but three stars for their new process. They have this new discharge process where you do not leave your dental chair, and they take your credit card to pay up before your butt gets out of the seat and then they shuttle you right out this back door through their supply closet where the walls and shelves are stocked with their supplies. Who knows maybe they didn't want me back through their waiting room, but with a $250 dental cleaning bill certainly one would expect a better experience. The new process feels more like cattle getting pushed through the chute at the slaughter house. As a practicing physician in the area patient experience is pivotal. I would never send my patients out a back door through a supply closet. Whoever their design team was on this new office missed the mark. I'll take the old office back please.
I wish I could have left 5 stars but the new process is terrible and has fully distracted from the overall experience. This is the sole reason I left Innovative Dental. I was tired of being rushed though a "cattle drive" process. I am hopeful someone at Excel hears this loud and clear and re-evaluates this process as I can't imagine many of your patients enjoy this new experience. A discharge through a supply closet is not my idea of a good experience. Next time I will use the front door where I will pay my bill. Thanks.
