I broke a tooth vertically up under the gum line at dinner after an already long day. I called the next morning, as a new patient, asking for help and they got me in the same morning. After the exam, the dentist presented me with my treatment options, their costs and potential outcomes. I truly appreciated the honesty and directness. The tooth ultimately had to be pulled. My care was excellent and I made my appointment for my check up as I left. The staff was also really wonderful in helping me be seen as soon as possible and in setting me up as a new patient. If you are looking for compassionate care this is the place.

Very professional and very nice. The Doctor was very professional and down to earth and I only had to have one broken tooth pulled...he is able to save the other one with a filling.

I got a full teeth extraction surgery done and immediate dentures put in here and all in all I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would be aware of-if you're coming in for major surgery like I did, they do not sedate you or even provide nitrogen! They just do numbing shots. I would have paid extra to be sedated. But the staff was amazing and so attentive (Danielle was my absolute favorite dentist assistant). And my dentures look and feel amazing. Thank you, Access!

While doing my procedure the doctor did not have a very good bed side manor. It's hard to keep your mouth open when you can't feel your face. Office felt very cramped. Office staff is very rude. I was not informed of an exam fee when going over all of my operations. Was told it was all under one fee. Tried to explain that to the office staff and she started getting rude with me. Will not be gong back!

A little low on the bedside manner aspect, but otherwise did a great job with my fillings.
*** My girlfriend went two days after me. She hasn’t been to a dentist in 8 years out of fear. So what do they do? They stick the needle in her mouth while her eyes are closed, so she didn’t even know it was coming. AND he stuck it in at such an angle that he hit her SINUS CAVITY. She has the sensation of water up her nose, and it was being pushed in by the needle! She was in intense pain but he just kept going.
We won’t be going back. In fact, I’m not sure I’ll be able to get her to go back to a dentist period. So, thanks for that.

Absolutely terrible place to go. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone and when you do they have no answers to your questions or they put you on hold. My mother was told $4100 for her dentures yet they charged her $4750 and this is with insurance. Then each visit after they are charging her $150 for follow up visits. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately this is the only place I could find that took her insurance. I should have paid out of pocket and taken her elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I was beyond impressed with Access Dental! They got me right in when I called less than 30 minutes and gave me a treatment plan! I am excited to go back for my dental work and the staff checked on me several times letting me know they cared I was taken care of!! I truly appreciate them!!
