Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

The staff is very nice and pleasant to speak to. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and polite. The dentist took the time to really explain things to me and didn't get irritated when I didn't get it at first. I actually can't wait to go back.

Very polite and professional. Normally I have anxiety of going to the dentist. They made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I loved they broke down what the treatment and how much it would cost me. I will for sure be keeping them as my dentist.

Love your staff. They’re nice, friendly, helpful and treated me with respect and understood what I was saying about my needs with my teeth. They are the greatest people around. Thank you

I haven't actually had an appt here yet, because this clinic has cancelled/ rescheduled/ and have literally been closed when I've shown up for my appt. It's been approximately 3 months of me trying to get in, because every time they cancel, the next available is a month out. They once called and cancelled the day before because the dental hygienist apparently called out and that was my problem some how. This last time, I showed up for my 3rd attempt at an appt and the CLINIC WAS CLOSED...even after they sent several reminders telling me not to forget my appt. I thought that was quite comical. I called and left a message to have someone return my call and days later, no one has reached out. I get several free cleanings a year with my insurance, but at this rate, I can't even get one, not to mention my wisdom teeth pain. I am shocked that a business can run like this. HIGHLY disappointed and will be going elsewhere.

I have been to many dental offices over the years and this was my first time getting my teeth cleaned here. Daniel did a wonderful job. Awesome experience. Will not be going elsewhere. Would highly recommend this place.

Staff is always amazing. A first-time denture wearer & my dentures are fabulous. I was told all kinds of horror stories about how i wouldn't be able to wear dentures at this point in time. My teeth were pulled 3 years ago, but NO sore spots or anything like I was told. I was having a challenge with the lowers & keeping them secured, I think that is resolved. Thank you, ACCESS Dental!

Everyone was friendly and knew what they they were doing. They were very smart about their jobs and were very willing to help anyway they could. Best dentist I have been to in Springfield.

The staff treated my husband wonderfully and took fabulous care of him at every visit! The nurses and doctor were extremely gentle with his extractions and very attentive with his follow up appointments!!

I've been going to Access Dental for more than 2 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The techs and hygienists are always very good, Dr Ahmadnia is very thorough, and I always feel like I've been treated well.

Everyone was so professional and pleasant i enjoyed my visit i cant wait to go back to get my cleaning futher reviews coming! Ok so I returned on 11/9/2020 8am to receive my cleaning and my hygienists "Heather" was Oooo so professional she was very! thorough with my cleaning and very informative with everything she was doing to my mouth she didn't want me to feel any pain during the process of cleaning my teeth I had to be given numerous injections to numb my mouth an was made to feel so comfortable by her and the Doctor an all the staff I came in contact with however Heather's level of professionalism was very impressive she made me feel like I was in good hands which I was, I was a bit nervous but with her talking to me an making me feel comfortable my nervous feeling faded away I would recommend the clinic to any and everyone I know an those I don't know to visit the office to experience the level of professionalism that ever health care facility should display GREAT JOB!! TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!! For making my visit one that I will remember for years to come.
