Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

Everyone was really nice and informed me of every step they took and told me what to expect when I came back for my next appointment.
They done a excellent job on my dentures thy fit very good the first time I put them in it’s only been 2days no sore places I know from the last set I had made 30 years ago if they were going to rub a sore on my gums it would already done it Thank you and all your staff.

The staff was so kind. I had to have two teeth pulled today and the sweet lady (dental assistant) was amazing. Going to the dentist gives me overload of anxiety and she held my hand. Her and the dentist were talking to me trying to calm my anxiety while I was getting those teeth pulled.

Wonderful workers. They make you feel comfortable. And but your needs first. I would highly recommend this place if you have a phobia of going dentists.

DO NOT USE ACCESS DENTAL.Was a patient here and was butchered. Had to go to emergency room to get bleeding stopped. Had shards everywhere,had teeth that werent pulled. Dentures dont fit. Has caused sores in my mouth. Cant bite anything,cant chew food. Acess dental wants me to pay out of pocket for their screw up after maxing out my dental health coverage insurance. Was billed $1000 more than price quoted.

Administration seem to not be so sure what to schedule when we call in. Once arriving, my father had to wait over an hour to be treated and it seemed like the assistant was new and not aware of what they were doing. This office has a hard time having hygienist and we have been rescheduled many times for the cleaning, therefore going longer than the recommended recall intervals to keep a healthy perio status. I was disappointed when paperwork was not able to be sent via email or electronically to help my father fill it out due to language barrier. When I spoke to the lady front desk to help fill it out over the phone since my father was there at his appointment, she seemed very bothered and was rude. I’m surprised that this kind of care is happening to minorities.
During the filling appointment, it was questionable what the doctor did vs assistant and when my father kept telling the assistant it felt rough still, she dismissed him and he left feeling very discouraged, and questioning if his care was so poor due to his ethnicity.

The staff NOW is wonderful, they and the dentist actually care about their patients..I look forward to the day I get my dentures I have faith in this new Dentist and I'm greatful Access Dental got a new Dentist...the first time I went to Access Dental was a nightmare the dentures they made for me was 1000% wrong and the Dentist never came out to check my dentures they made ...I was just told they were good and to wear them all day and night... They made me look at the great granddaughter of the talking horse Mr Ed they were so wrong now I feel confident that the new dentist knows exactly what he's doing and I am very glad that my insurance allowed me to go back and get fitted for dentures..waiting for the right fitting so I can get my new dentures... I sincerely appreciate the dentist and the workers that are there now..

If anyone needs good dental work and very dedicated and compassionate people Access Dental is the only place to go. They are terrific in every way. God bless them.

I got my bottom partial today they replaced a tooth 🦷 and built it up so it fits better and I got it back in a week like they said I was very pleased 😀 and the staff is always friendly they really care about their patients

They were all super nice. The dentist was caring and understanding, they took great care of me. Would definitely recommend!!

Straight to the point. Got 2 teeth removed. I haven't been for years because I was so afraid but they definitely helped me out alot with that. No judgment either so that was great!
