The injection for pain was not as bad as I had remembered from a earlier dentist. Good job. The dentist drilling on the cavities was gental and the dental tech working on my fillings was also gental and proficient.

Most recent experience was to deal with teeth pain and I found the Dr Roades and staff to be very easy to work with in dealing with my treatment options. They were very sensitive to my overall wishes and economics of my situation.

Next most recent experience was extractions and lower denture. No fun but not unexpected. I am working thru the process of healing. Today was first week post op appointment. The tech made some adjustments, and applied a product to the denture. Feel some better. They gave me a prescription for "magic mouthwash" and the product seems to help with gum pain and is suppose to help with healing. Looking forward to that

I would highly recommend Access Dental...very pleasant staff. I had my appt in my calendar for 20 days sooner than I was in their calendar, but they were able to get me in anyway due to a few no-show appts. Thank you!

My experience here was terrible and my dentures do not fit and have not fit since I got them and they have not remade them like I have asked. I know others who have had ISS here to all I want is some dentures that I can wear and that fit. Not to mention when they pulled my teeth they should have put stitches in but instead waited almost two weeks and then put stitches in. I'm very unsatisfied customer and wish they would fix my dentures and make them to fit.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my visit! I have had bad experiences in the past and have been let down before so I was very apprehensive going in. But I couldn't believe how easy it was and how everyone made me feel right at home! Thank you!

I was so pleased with my service today and glad I chose this clinic. All my needs were addressed. I have several bad dental experiences and was not looking forward to putting my trust on another one so I was pleasantly pleased how truthful and fair he was. He saw what the last dentist did and didn't discount or dismiss my feelings or what had happened. As a nurse who is disabled I'm very familiar with how doctors protect their own so the fact that he recognized it was huge to me.

Went from okay to bad..... the staff was kind and informative. They stated I needed a filling. They ended up doing a filing on a tooth that looked and felt absolutely fine and didn't provide care for teeth that hurt. The filling I got was jagged. I tried to call to have this fixed. Reach time I call it goes to messaging service. I left multiple messages with no return call. Two months I have been trying to reach them leaving messages, trying to get this fixed and also pay an overdue bill.... I guess I have to find a new dentist because i can't even reach my dentists office anymore.....

Access Dental and Dentures are the very best in Springfield!! I have been to nearly every dentistry in the 417, and by far they are the best! Very friendly, informative and caring staff!! Reasonable pricing, scheduling and very professional! If you need any kind of dental work, go here!! The doctor is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with our extractions and denture making. Very caring with the healing process and had us come in often to make sure everything was going well. Dentures looked amazing! Then we came back for the final fitting, now they are absolutely perfect!! Thank you so much Access Dental!!! I cannot sing your praises enough. You are amazing!!!

I had an amazing appointment today. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. They all explained everything to me and made sure I understood . They answered all of my questions. They were gentle and easy since I have so many issues so not to hurt me. The dentist was so nice and I left feeling so much better about myself and my situation with my teeth. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
