I like the ladies that work in the front desk they're very nice!! And I like the dental assistant they explain everything step by step what they're going to do and they're very nice!! And Dr Rhodes is a good dentist. I will keep coming to this dentist 😃 😊

Have had two sets of dentures made so far at access dental, still not right. When I went to pick up second pair the technician made adjustments but did not place them in my mouth after adjustments as a pair, just slipped the bottom or top in. Just handed me the teeth in a container and sent me on my way. See a different technician every time always in a hurried atmosphere with little caring. Don't know exactly what to do now. Another dentist? I am retired and on a fixed income so may be next year before I can do anything more.

The staff here are amazing! They display amazing costumer service and listen to their patients concerns and they do everything to make them feel heard and validated, when I received an upper denture that didn't fit at all and was completely wrong due to the lab, they are doing everything to help me resolve the issue and offered to make me a new one that will fit properly ,which makes me feel more at ease about the process..They made a very difficult situation tolerable..I appreciate all they are doing for me . Great customer service I would definitely refer them to anyone !!

I have super bad anxiety and I started to break down while I was there, not only did the assistant make me feel so much better she gave me info that can help pay for dentures and answered my stupid anxiety questions and didn't make fun of them. The dentist himself was super kind and made sure I was as comfy as possible. I hate the dentist but they made me happy I went

From the time I came in the door every person who I spoke with was very polite and helpful , they made sure to go over everything with me and if I had any questions they answered them! It was a first time visit but I will be back for more and I know now I won’t have to have such bad anxiety before hand because let’s be honest anything to do with your teeth is scary but this place is kind and I really enjoyed my first impression of all the staff!

Made an appointment for a root canal, had a terribly painful infection. Luckily, receptionists got me in within a month, I am very thankful for that. Dentist was a young lad, very thorough. He did a great job & i could tell he was booked all day but still took the time to make sure mine was done right. Now I am pain free! Really appreciate what ya'll do for people thank you
