I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. Nicole made me feel comfortable and made sure to explain everything she was doing during my exam. Dr. Dorman was also very nice and explained everything as well and didn’t make me feel like I was being judged like I have felt at previous dentists.

Having only negative experiences, I was apprehensive to go back to the dentist. Several people recommended Ascend Dental Design and I finally decided to go. From the moment I walked in, staff were kind, attentive, and informative. Katie and Connie made me feel welcome and calmed my nerves. My experience with Nicole, one of the Registered Dental Hygienists, was incredibly positive from start to finish. Not only did she explain what she was doing, but she gave me practical ways to improve my dental health. She was kind, thorough, and never made me feel uncomfortable. When Dr. Magers came in to talk to me about my options, he explained everything clearly, seemed to have my best interest in mind, and was sensitive to my anxieties. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and I do not plan on going anywhere else. I am so grateful and can't wait to take the next steps to achieve a smile I am happy to show off! Never thought I'd say I had a great experience at the dentist but going to Dorman Family Dental is the best experience I've ever had. Feels like a family. Everyone is very nice both on a personal and professional level. They are very helpful and willing to work with you financially and help you get the best results. As someone who has had a lot of dental work done from a kid and in my adult years, it was refreshing to have a dentist office listen to your concerns as well as explain things and willing to work with you as a patient and reassured there is no judging. I love this dental office. I was referred here by insurance when I lost a front tooth and was hysterical about the whole replacement process. Dr. Magers and staff have held my hand this whole time and made me feel little less self conscious about my horrible dental luck. Their email communication is top-notch: Ewa, the treatment coordinator, is exceptionally patient. Danie, the impressions tech, helps me stay calm and avoid gagging on the molds, and Tanya has always been helpful when it comes to billing and appointments.
Dr. Magers has been very forthcoming and flexible while I've been trying to source and finance oral surgeons. I would recommend this office to anyone. 😊
