I love, love, LOVE this place. I've been going to Ascend for a couple years and I primarily chose the place based on reviews. It seemed almost too good to be true that they were THAT good, but honestly, they are all so kind and friendly. The prices weren't insane and they work with you to create payment plans. I've always seen Dr. Magers, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very professional and understanding. 10/10!

My co worker recommended this dentist to me after I stated I was having a hard time finding someone who would take my two year old. My first experience calling to make the appointment was amazing. The person who answered the phone answered with enthusiasm and seemed happy to help me! She was upbeat and enjoyable to speak to. The building itself is very modern and open. It doesn’t have the sounds of the drills that you normally hear and it didn’t even smell like a dentist office, it had lots of fountains and it smelled like almost a spa. Very relaxing. The best part of my whole visit was my dental hygienist Sarah. My son wasn’t the best behaved and she was so calm and willing to work with me and him. It meant the world to me that she wasn’t upset or going to make me reschedule a time for when he wasn’t there. I also loved my dentist because he made a point of taking to my son and he also relieved a lot of my fears about my teeth. They take their time to make sure you understand what is going on and talk to you in terms that you understand. There is a reason why this place is five stars-it’s the best dental office in Springfield!!! Very very happy and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dental home!

Had a great experience. The first word that comes to mind, when I think of Ascend, is meticulous. Attention to every detail seemed extremely important to them. The price was more than some, but also lower than some, and for the time and effort spent on my teeth, the money I was charged was probably on the low side, compared to other dentists. You get what you pay for.

Dr Magers and his team are the best my family has ever gone to. They're not the cheapest but when it comes to permanent dental work I'd rather have high quality than cheap any day. The personalized service and quality here is well worth the slightly higher price. I've had to have several crowns in the past but none of them have fit as well as the ones that Dr Magers has put in. Their techniques and equipment are top-of-the-line. My wife and our three kids wouldn't go anywhere else.
