The overall experience at Dorman Family Dental is good. Ewa and Connie at the front desk take great care of patients and make you feel welcome and cared for. My dental hygienist, Carol, is knowledgeable and meticulous in providing the highest level of care. All of the employees I've come into contact with are friendly and helpful. Dr. Dorman can come across as a bit distant, but he seems to have a high level of skill. Dr. Magers appears to be a positive addition to the practice.

I dislike going to the dentist with a passion. Nicole was very welcoming and gentle. She was very good at explaining to me what we were looking at and the pros and cons of the situation. Dr. Magers was also very nice and informative. I am glad I have finally found my home dentist. Looking forward to being proactive in my future care.

All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a great job at walking you through the whole process. Dr. Magers has done a great job at fixing two of my teeth! He is very knowledgable and makes sure to always explain everything he is doing as to ease any concerns or worries. The office staff is also so sweet and answers any questions you have as well as does a great job scheduling around my own schedule. Thanks Ascend for a great experience!

I want to commend the work done at Ascend. I have never had such a thorough and effective cleaning before. I was also very pleased with Dr. Magers work. He understood what I wanted, was not pushy, and did an excellent job. I would very much recommend their work.

My family and I have been going to Dr Dorman for almost 25 years and the reason we continue to come back is the staff. Today I had Implant Surgery and like always it went very well. I feel Dr Dorman and his staff are the best in Springfield Mo. I have referred well over 50 people and not one unhappy. The last four referrals all have already done some type of prosthetic procedure and are very happy. I want to thank Dr Dorman and his staff for great service the last 25 years.

The staff at Ascend was incredible. My hygienist, Sarah kept me comfortable the entire time and did a fantastic job of explaining and showing me what she was looking for in the x-rays. Dr. Magers let me know that the information identified in this first visit would set a baseline for future dental work. The billing department was also super helpful in explaining how my insurance worked and what to expect from a payment standpoint (which has traditionally been a hassle for me at previous places).

I had my 1st appointment at Ascend and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff treat all their patients like family. This is not your typical medical office, very comfortable. Ascend is warm and welcoming. My 1st appointment was totally comprehensive. Dr. Dorman walked me through my photos and x-rays as we came up with a plan for my dental care. I'm going to send my entire family to Dr Dorman and the staff at Ascend.

If your looking for a dentist that not only does great work but also has a friendly staff and atmosphere then you are in the right place. I have always had a small fear or dislike for the dentist until I became a patient here. The entire Staff is absolutely wonderful and take time to know you. My son had never loved going to the dentist either but when he finds out that I am going he wants to know if he has an apt too and is disappointed when he doesn't. I can't say enough good things that could describe my experience with them. I recommend them 100%.

Today was my first visit. The facility was clean and tidy. Looking around it appeared that the staff was equipped with the latest and greatest dental equipment. I was greeted with a smile and the check in took very little time. My teeth and mouth was thoroughly examined, x-rayed and documented for future reference. The dental hygienist explained the x-ray results, pointed out areas that might need attention during cleaning. After cleaning Dr. Dorman was briefed by the hygienist and then did a thorough exam. Over all a very comfortable, pleasant experience. I would recommend Dorman Family Dental.
