Dr. Dorman and his staff are great! I've been a patient for more than 20 years and have always appreciated the warm, friendly and professional service. Both of my kids have been patients since they were 3 years old and now as adults are recommending Ascend Dental Design to their friends. I have to add that in the 20 years I've been a patient, I've never waited longer than 5 or 10 minutes for my appointment!

If you're looking for the best dental team in the area, it's Dorman Family Dental. I can't say enough about how great the entire staff is. I've seen Dr. Dorman for years and recently started seeing Dr. Magers and I love them both! Fun, relaxed environment. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but they have all managed to keep me calm and comfortable. See Megan for cleanings and Emily for work...they're the best.

Had to have a root canal done. Everyone was very friendly, I was taken back shortly after my appointment time. Everything went very efficiently from imaging to getting set up to Dr. Magers coming in and starting the procedure, it all went like clock work. I would definitely recommend Dr. Magers and Ascend Dental Design.

My hygienist Sarah was exceedingly thorough on my cleaning and evaluation of my smile, the whole team took the time to get to know me, I was given an analysis of my teeth by Sarah and Dr. Magers that not only looked at what is going on today, but was the start of a long-term plan to keep my teeth healthy. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, they should look no further -- you cannot and will not find better.

I always feel comfortable in the hands of the amazing hygienists and dentists. Whenever I have a concern they are prompt to see me which is always reassuring. I'm always apprehensive about going to a new dentist. After putting off a dentist visit for a few years, I knew I would need some dental work. Ascend Dental was fantastic! My first visit was very comprehensive. After pictures, x-rays and an exam they gave me a care plan of what work they would reccomend but left the decision on what to do and when up to me. They explained everything fully and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I was back in the next week for a filling and cleaning. The entire process of scheduling an exam and the dental work was easy and relatively painless. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. Very thorough. Took multiple photos of every tooth and explained in detail what was going on. Ensured I understood their recommendations and spent lots of time answering all of my questions. Had recently been to a different dentist, and they found multiple things that were previously missed. Will recommend to family/friends and definitely return for as long as I am living in Springfield.
