Had an almost emergency extraction of these upper wisdom teeth and the entire team has been FABULOUS! They even sent me home with some organic paste thing that tastes awful but works some magic!

Great dental office. I've been looking for a new dentist for a while and had a few bad experiences from pushy dentists trying to sell me pricey procedures that I didn't need. I had heard good things about Duff Dental from several people and was beyond pleased. Everyone from the lady at check-in, the dental hygienist, and the Dr were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did need a couple of fillings, that I knew I probably did before I went in and possibly even one other. They were able to do the fillings right then after my cleaning and said everything else looked great. I trust the doctor and that's very valuable in a good dentist. I highly recommend!

One of the best dental experiences from someone with mild dental anxiety! Everyone was incredibly nice and understanding. I had a cleaning and the hygienist was great. I have TMJ and the cleaning was really gentle but still thorough. Dr. Duff really talked to me about what I needed and truly listened! Their prices were also very fair, much better than my previous dentist. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had.

Embarrassingly, I do not attend the dentist as frequently as I should, and for some odd reason, the thought and attendance have usually brought uncomfortable anxiety. My first appointment with Duff Family Dental was excellent and without any twinge of anxiety. The professional treatment by the receptionist, hygienist, and Dr. Duff was excellent. From my experience, all of the employees demonstrated genuine care for their clients. This dentist office is full of kind professionals who are not only knowledgeable, but are sympathetic to the needs of their patients. The office is very clean, spacious, and equipped with the necessary tools to give patients the best care. The doctors are extremely kind and it is clear they care for their patients on a personal level. They will spend time answering questions and listening to patient concerns. The equipment they use is very modern and most certainly up to date. I know from my own experience they accept Sun Life dental insurance. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

This place is awesome!! All of the staff are nice and welcoming. The don't try to oversell their services and make sure they are happy with their work before you leave. I am only saddened by the fact that Delta Insurance will no longer have them as an in-network provider for 2023, but if I can swing it, I will stay with Duff Family Dental!

Duff Dental is the best dentist in Springfield! Locally owned and operated by two amazing women and their wonderful staff. The staff are always extremely friendly and kind. I know a lot of people I've referred to them had prior trauma or horrible dental experiences and said they were no longer afraid of the dentist after going to Duff Dental. I can't recommend it enough!

100% would recommend Duff to anyone I know. Have been going there for years now & I love it so much that even though my insurance is no longer in network I will pay out of pocket to continue using them. Their staff is amazing, they do such great work, and the two dentists are the best.
