I had the BEST experience today at the Dentist! Everyone at Innovative Dental was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in to the time I left. I felt more pampered than anything. I had several fillings today and it went much quicker than I ever anticipated. My family has been going to Innovative Dental for over five years now. We have always had a great experience! The team is delightful and welcoming. Their team always thoroughly explains billing before scheduling and completing procedures. My daughter currently has braces and is slightly high maintenance, and they do excellent catering to her needs.

Seriously the best experience I have ever had with dental work. The staff here made me feel so comfortable and catered to every need. The facility is absolutely beautiful as well. Dr Jordan and both assistants did exceptional work and gave outstanding customer service. They made the 2.5 hour travel time worth it. We will be back for sure.

I waited until I had actual work done here to leave a review. I have severe dental anxiety, so much so that I have not been to a dentist in years. This place is amazing.
My first visit was a basic exam. They took x-rays and we discussed a treatment plan. Everything was laid out neatly before me, and every person I talked to was sure to make me as comfortable as possible and answer all my questions. Nobody made me feel awkward or silly for being nervous. When I left they gave me a folder with my care plan and the costs of everything (with and without insurance) all included. I felt so informed! I was also given a very good travel mug, which was a nice bonus.
I just finished a root canal with this group today. My first root canal. I was terrified. Innovative gave me options to help me remain calm during the procedure. Dr. Megan and Morgan worked with me every step of the way to make sure I didn't feel a thing and was as comfortable as possible. They were very thorough to ensure all the decay was taken care of, and I was brought a mocha frappucino (they will ask what you prefer) when all was said and done.
Everyone at Innovative Dental makes me feel heard, understood, and safe. I plan to go here from now on for all of my dental needs.

I felt very comfortable today and pampered while meeting the team! From the minute I walked in...till I left, I felt important! Cindy was there to walk me to the exam room and helped Dr. Megan and Haley initially for x-rays and pictures so I wouldn't have to wait. That is great team effort!! Dr. Megan was very thorough in what I needed for treatment and Haley her assistant was thorough through my treatment plan and helpful with any questions! Can't wait to see what the future brings with my smile and I am so happy to do that with the help of Innovative Dental and the amazing team! Thank you all for my first visit and will be recommending friends and family to visit your office as well!

Innovative Dental goes above and beyond to take care of their patients! The building is so welcoming and gorgeous! The hospitality of the dental assistants and hosts is incredible! They ask you if you need a coffee or several other drinks while you wait, which is something I have never experienced before!! They are extremely thorough with the dental assessment and a dentist will come in and have a personal consultation with you to determine your dental needs. Everything is done so professionally and elegantly at innovative dental and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs any sort of dental needs!
