Can NOT love them enough. I have an 8 year old son on the spectrum. Doctors, Dentists and just about anybody invading his personal space is always dreading. Today, although not easy in general was made EASIER thanks to his dental hygienist (I didn’t catch her name) and Dr. Seth Gray. They were patient and kind. And that’s 100x more than we could’ve asked for. With their help, I’m glad to know my son is in good hands and his future visits will be easier as we go. Thank you so much! I’m already impressed with how well they take care of me, but they completely go above and beyond for the kids that need that little bit of extra!

Innovative is overall a great experience! As someone who doesn’t like the dentist, they make it so fun and not stressful. You get out of the car and there is music playing. They also have fun drinks (coffee, smoothies, milkshakes) and cookies! It really makes the whole experience so much better! Their staff are all super kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I have been going here for a couple of years, with a small gap in between due to insurance reasons. Every time I have a question or concern, it is answered almost immediately. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. After having to go to a different dentist in between and having a terrible experience, I was reassured by the Innovative team that my concerns were correct and I was over charged at the other place. Will not go to a different dentist as long as I’m in Springfield!

I used to hate going to the dentist, but Rachel and Dr.Olsen make it so much more of a pleasant experience! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, they offer me chapstick and check in to make sure nothing hurts too bad. I’m only just getting started on my smile journey, but I’m grateful I’m doing it with Innovative!

My hygienist Abbi was very polite and attentive. She made sure I understood every step she was taking. She also went out of her way to make sure my new insurance was on file and my dental procedure plan was updated. Great hygienist like Abbi and Innovative make going to the dentist not a chore!
