Dr. Baker does AMAZING work! He was also very patient with my 4 year old daughter and was able to help take care of her dental needs. Office was easy to get into with accepting new patients! 😄
My husband goes to the other Dentist in the office and is very pleased with his work as well! Both are incredible! We can't forget the staff they are super nice. This dental office will be our family go to for all of our dental needs!

A very exceptional staff that made me feel welcome. They ensured that I was comfortable with all the procedures and worked with me to figure out my payment options/capabilities. I was able to be worked into the schedule very quickly as they were quite communicative.

Had potentially two root canals scheduled, only ended up needing one, Dentist Baker had to use three times as much anesthesia on me, was expecting to feel it the next day pretty bad, had all my pain pills ready but after the numbness wore off, haven’t had any pain at all even from the anesthesia injection sites. Haven’t even had to take one IBUPROFEN or Tylenol and it’s been 4 days since the appointment. Thank you guys for all of it, VERY pleased with everything.

Will send you to collections with no notification, front desk claims they sent me mail that continually came back. Obviously that means I moved, would think that's common knowledge.
Not one phone call, notification, nothing but a collections notice over $120 that my insurance denied.
Do not go here, they're not courteous enough to give you a phone call if you owe a little bit of money before sending you off.

Dr. Baker and staff are unbelievable, I’ve never had a dentist literally sit down and go over every aspect of my dental history and what things I wanted done. Yes I sad DENTIST not dental assistant, taking that extra 5 min was a game changer for me and I’ll never use another dental office again. The day after having preemie twin boys that were in the nicu, I got the worst abscess cavity and was in so much pain but smile dental got me right in and got me on antibiotics which saved the tooth and allowed the pain to go away so I could be there for my family. The transparency and quality of there work goes above and beyond any other dental office where they make you a number not a person. I can not recommend this dental office enough!

I went here a year ago and I had to split the payment into. I also had to PAY IN ADVANCE for my appointments and I paid it. I only could 1 and paid for the other anyway a head. I had to cancel the one I already for. I didn’t get any money back but instead I get bills for both appointments asking for 500 dollars. Money I already paid because I had to pay BEFORE the appointments. I called them, they said it’s paid and to ignore it. I keep getting bills for this and I called them again. They told me then that since even though I didn’t have the appointment I’d still have to pay for it and that money I paid them with wasn’t there. The bills they keep sending me also kept getting higher which didn’t make since. Called them again and they told me it was for another appointment that I didn’t even schedule or have. Now, I have a bill from them that’s 700 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Michael Baker is honestly hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, I’ve needed multiple root canals in my life. Being a natural redhead it is proven we need additional anesthetic in dental work. I’ve had several dentists say the understood but would have to stop mid way through to re numb the area. Dr. Baker listened from the beginning and was able to make the procedure pain free and a quick procedure. Highly recommend!!
