I went in to Smile Dental for my routine cleaning today and to have Dr. David assess my chipped front tooth.
The cleaning was done swiftly and comfortably. The dental hygienist is so pleasant and shows genuine concern and friendliness that is much appreciated.
The filling for my chipped tooth turned out perfectly. It was a minor chip, but noticeable enough to me and rough to the touch so I wanted it restored. I was worried that the chip would be dismissed as "nothing major" or worth fixing, but Dr. David made no such comment to belittle my request. He explained to me what may have caused the tooth to chip, gave me recommendations on preventing it, and options for how to restore it. My tooth is restored beautifully and I am very happy with the service I received today.

Dr. Baker and all of his team have been absolutely amazing to me. I have had my fair share of issues with my mouth throughout the past 1.5 years, and Dr. Baker has consistently showed me patience and so much care while working on me. Very thankful for these people!

I recently went to this office for a teeth cleaning and to have some old fillings redone. They were fast, efficient, and very gentle. I had 6 fillings redone and did not even have a shot to numb me, because Dr. Fuchs is so gentle and kind. I give them 5 stars, but if there were more I would certainly give them more. They knocked it out of the park!

During a visit to Springfield I had a chance to go with my daughter for her dental checkup. I was extremely happy with the staff and the thoughtful care that was provided. They took the time to answer every question and the level of care was outstanding.

The Smile Dental office is staffed with the kindest, most patient people. I have a son with autism and sensory processing issues. Finding a comfortable place for him to go is very difficult. The time they take with my son is very touching. They have such a heart for caring for each individuals needs.

We have been patients of Dr. David for several years now. Dr. David and his staff have taken care of everything from routine cleanings to a very difficult tooth extraction my daughter (5 years old at the time) needed due to an abscessed tooth. We just love having them as our dentist. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently we moved my Mom up to Springfield from Oklahoma. She had gone several years without good dental care, and needed a lot of help. Dr. Robert has taken care of her wonderfully so far. Mom was really worried that she would be judged because of how bad her teeth had gotten, but no one said anything negative to her. I am so thankful that we could refer her to Dr. David and Dr. Robert. They are working with us financially to help make her dream come true. She has wanted to have her smile fixed for a long time, and with my sister's graduation around the corner she is excited to have the beautiful smile she always wanted. She said she will finally be able to smile for the pictures.

Had a 9:30 cleaning appt. They made me wait over 30 minutes while they verified my insurance only to advise me that I wouldn't be getting a cleaning but instead would need to come back for a $500 deep cleaning. To set this appt I would need to put down $100. They wouldn't start the cleaning or anything until they could make sure my insurance was good and then wouldn't even clean my teeth without a new $100 dollar appt! They obviously only see $$$$$. It seems they base their care upon how much money they can get out of you and don't value your time. Here is an idea...clean teeth at cleanings and if a deep cleaning is necessary then do it instead of worrying about how much you're gonna get paid across the multiple appts. I think I heard more about MONEY at my appt then about my actual teeth. Time to find a new dentist.

I would recommend Smile Dental to anyone in need of dental care of any kind. I have had nothing but a positive experience here; from the quality of the work done (I've had fillings & cleanings), to the ease of scheduling (they can schedule via text message!), to the incredibly friendly staff. They even offer entertainment options like music, television, or movies, while you're getting your services performed. Seriously, make an appointment for a cleaning, be wowed, and actually enjoy going to the dentist for once.
