Oh I had a great time! I had a tooth in the back that was progressing towards a route canal, and Dr. Robert Fuchs said that he could take care of it without having to resort to the expensive procedure. I just had the work done today, and he took care of me in under an hour. I got to watch the first hour or so of National Treasure while sitting in a very comfortable chair and having my tooth fixed. I had it done today and the pain is ALREADY almost completely gone. I plan to keep going back to take care of another tooth in the same manner, and a number of more minor cavities I've developed as well.

It's a bummer to run a business that no one wants to come see you. I do that with running my Defensive Driving courses so I experience this all the time. The bottom line no one wants to have to come to the dentist. But, if you need dental services, this is the best place I have ever been to! From the ladies who answer the phone, to the ladies who give you the paperwork to fill out, to the wonderful, great personality, and helpful dental assistant (I didnt catch her name - the redhead), to the awesome Doctor. I Love this place!
They dont rush you through. They know what they are doing, and answer your questions. If they have to send you to a specialist (like a root canal) they send you to the best.
You will not have a better dental experience than this place!

Been here three times, and they are wonderful. Clinic is super clean, updated, and comfortable. Personnel are very friendly. Clinic provided follow-up call to make sure I was doing well after a filing. I recommend and will continue to come here.

I have been going there for 3 years now. Mainly for cleaning and some minor work, like fillings and crown.

-Very small building, if you're claustrophobic, don't go here
-Parking can be limited sometimes due to space
-Seem to charge you on everything. I had a tiny chipped crown checked, but got billed for it even though I didn't need work and I have been with them for 3 years, the examination was literally 10 mins.

It seriously takes a lot for me to write a bad review of anything, but this place deserves one. The rates they charge are absolutely insane and do not at all match the service received. One bill for like 4 fillings came out to nearly a thousand dollars before insurance. Sure, insurance covered most of it, but I then looked at friend's bills from other dentists and they were nowhere near this cost. What's worse, is every time I've went in they've tried to upsell things like fancy tooth brushes, credit cards and all kinds of crap. I've paid all balances in full after each service, and now that I've stopped going in due to their bad practices I'm starting to get bills for things they claim insurance didn't cover. I highly recommend to choose another dentistry.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing dental work, I had 4 teeth that were bothering me and no one else cared really, but smile dental set me up an appointment in a very quick time, showed up talked to the dentist and told him was going on and he was more then happy to help, I’ll definitely be back for more dental work. Thank you guys for being awesome!!

I went in for a tooth ache suspecting that I had lost part of my filling and a cleaning. Staff seemed friendly enough, the dentist was nice but I received no cleaning, they just poked and prodded in my mouth. I figured maybe they would just do the cleaning with the filling.
After concluding that part of my filling had been lost, I scheduled to have it done next day and asked for a call back about what my out of pocket cost would be for the one filling.
I was promptly called back and told that with my $50 deductible my OOP cost was anywhere from $175 to $200, maybe more maybe less. I asked how it was that much and why they couldn't give me an accurate amount. I was told that it depended on the size of the filling needed and that they wouldn't know until after they did the work. I cancelled my appointment and sought a second opinion.
With NO INSURANCE my total cost at the second place would have been $112. WITH INSURANCE AND MY DECUTABLE (because its my first dental exam of the year) its $62.40. So $12.40 for the filling.
I don't know how they wrote it up, I don't know what I was being charged for because they never offered a print out of the cost, but something is fishy here and I wont be back.
And my insurance is in network with both places so it wasn't my insurance.
