I liked that it was close to my house, so I took my family's dental care to Dr. Fuch. The first time I went for an appointment for me and my son, I walked into an empty office. I mean completely empty, no receptionist behind the desk...no one anywhere. We sit down to wait. And we waited. I tried calling the office from my cell phone to see if I could get someone's attention, but got the machine. After 45 minutes of waiting, a receptionist appears all smiles and giggling. She tells me they were having a birthday party and ran late. After all that, I still went through with the cleaning. They charged me what they estimated my copay to be. Turned out they estimated $40 too much, but they still wouldn't give me the money back! Told me it would be applied to future services. Is that legal?!

The Dentist charged my mom for fillings on a bridge that fell out within days, then charged her again to fix it...and those also fell out within days. This occured on her bridge and in her actual tooth/teeth. Then we were ignored for a year while they pocketed the money, i guess he knew he couldn't help with her bridge and tried/charged her anyways, as for her actual teeth, no excuses.

The dentists here are certainly after making money - they don’t care about the quality of the tooth AFTER they treat it.
They don’t follow up with their own patients for pain or issues post root canal. I won’t be returning to this dentist at all.

Very nice,polite,sweet and gentle people!!!!!!!!!!!!What do. I mean by"gentle"-they are not rough with you,your mouth,your teeth,they are trying not to hurt you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was so far the least painful experience of cleaning teeth-no injections for numbing,it was a gel instead,and the cleaning with machine was pretty tolerant,not unbearable at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Would recommend them to anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(my husband and I were in other place,where the cost was twice higher and they were sooooo much more painful,rougher and ruder in everything,that's why we wanted to change the dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
