DON’T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I have been to several dentists in my life, but Dr.Grosch is simply the best. He listened to my preferences, they were honest about the costs and went out of their way to be accommodating. All of my recent dental work has been at this facility due to the friendly staff, fantastic guest services, and I intend to get all of my work done here. Anyone with billing issues probably have no idea how insurance works. The dental work here is amazing. Give it a try before you listen to the negative feedback!

Grosch Dental is wonderful! The dentist, Mr. Grosch is great. I had no pain and everything was explained as the procedure was being performed. Debi did a fantastic job of checking my insurance thoroughly. Tami was exceptional. She did a periodontal cleaning and I felt no pain as I had before at another dental office. The entire staff was remarkable and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. They also have an extremely clean office and state-of-the-art technology. Very happy.

Dr Grosch and the entire staff was very friendly, professional, efficient and calming. They do gentle work, explain everything with info about how long it will take, -very comforting to the anxious dental patient ! haha I appreciate every staff member I had contact with.

Never once have I had a problem with billing and the dentist actually caught something on my brothers tooth that a previous dentist messed up. He has caught my cavities while they were really small and I have never ever had a problem with this dentist. When I got married I went to another dentist for my husband and I didn't like him compared to this dentist. Don't listen to the negative comments on this page, brush your teeth and floss and you shouldn't have a very big bill like those people.

I love this place!!! Dr. Grosch and his staff are both educated and friendly (amazing customer service at the front desk too!).I wouldn't trust my dental care to anyone else. Best place in St. Charles by far!

This place is HORRIBLE. 4 months after getting a filing they tried to charge me $125 extra with there "own fee's" after my insurance. They also tried to Charge me over $200 extra for a crown I had done. The balance was $350 and when I went to the front desk to pay before I left the lady almost charged my card for $532. It's almost as if they just make up a number and then charge you for it. I now question every bill I have ever gotten from them since recently they are trying to OVER CHARGE me for everything done
Check with your insurance what you really owe before checking with there accounting because they sneak in there own fee's that people wouldn't normally know about.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
