We love Dr. Olivier so much that when we moved 4 cities away, we still make the trip to see her for all of our dental needs. I was teased for having big front teeth and she fixed them up for me in a way that I didn’t know was possible! Now I smile more and I get compliments about them. Also had horrible experiences at previous dentists so I had high anxiety about starting back up after a really, really long hiatus. They offer a variety of options to help make sure your visit is professional and perfection yet cozy and calm at the same time! Dr. Backlula is also amazing, I’ve had only one visit with him when I chipped a tooth and he got me right in and fixed my tooth, returning it to its correct shape and color. He was very thorough to make sure it was just right.
TLDR; Most amazing dentists you’ll ever encounter, excellent dental repair saved my life. 100000000/10 recommend!

Does not run insurance in a timely manner. After having an issue with insurance coverage found that it had been weeks that they had my insurance information without running it, leaving me stuck with the bill. Other dentists do this automatically no questions asked which is why I was shocked to find out that they hadn't after the first visit (which was at least two weeks before the second one). I was willing to cover most of the outstanding bill, but they refused to admit any fault at all after taking weeks to do their job.

They take great care of you . They make sure you are not hurting at all even if it takes longer to numb you. They took care of one of my teeth that was hurting for a while, they tried different things nothing worked. I ran out of insurance and they still took care of me because they didn’t want me to be hurting anymore.The staff is super friendly .They remember you. Dr Bakula even noticed my hair due!

The number one priority of this office is the welfare of its patients. All of the dentists and employees are excellent. The entire office will listen to your concerns and pay attention to details. This busy office is never too busy to take all the time and effort that is necessary for the welfare of its patients. All of my dental care is now done in this office. A few days ago, I broke
my upper denture. It was my fault. Nevertheless, the office replaced the old one. The new one fits perfectly and the office gave me a mold of my teeth for my protection in the event that I am out of town. This office plans ahead for your welfare. Their number one concern is your welfare.

I had a wisdom tooth that chipped and called my dentist at Ballas Dental Care, Dr. Haines was as usual very good at getting my tooth repaired and not too mention pain free during the procedure.

This is the best dentist office. I called this morning about a spot on my gum and they got me in asap. In and out . Everyone is so helpful and nice and the dentists are amazing . I didn't see my dentist hygienist Julie today but she does a great job every time i am there too. Dont wait and make your appointment with Ballas Dental. You wont be disappointed.
