Samantha is my hygienist. She is gentle, thorough, kind. Dr. Watanabe was off today, so Dr. Bakula came in. He was very nice. The front office people a so kind as well. Place is spotless and very pretty. This place makes going to the dentist a great experience.

The care I received today was excellent. However, I'm still not very happy about the situation that I'm in concerning a crown replacement I had done there back in May. I hope we can get the problem resolved to everyone satisfaction.

As a brand new patient I moved to Dr. Bakula because my dentist of 25 years recently retired. Before I could schedule my first visit I cracked a crown and Ballas Dental got me in within a couple of days. The ladies in the front office were very welcoming and helped gather all of my insurance information since I had never been there before. Dr Bakula and his assistant were amazing, very thorough, I know I have found the right dentist to move forward with for myself and my family!

I haven’t been to a dentist’s for 3 years so I was nervous on how this would go. When I came in for my first appointment here, I was quite pleased with how kind and courteous the staff were. Everything is explained straight to the point, but in a way that is easiest to understand. My teeth were well cleaned and I definitely recommend!

I have had nothing short of an incredible experience with Ballas Dental. I began seeing Dr. Bakula for an emergency visit and had such a great experience that I have made him my primary dentist! He is kind, compassionate, intelligent, talented, and truly seems to enjoy the work that he does. The entire team helped me squash any anxiety I had about being at the dentist and made me feel very well taken care of. It feels odd to say “I can’t wait to be back!” especially when I have had lifetime anxiety about the dentist, but it is true! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!!
