Always a GREAT experience with Dr. Watanabe and his staff. They all take great care to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I have "dental phobia" due to a dentist when I was a child but Doc and his wonderful staff have changed all that. I highly recommend them.

Been going here for several years, usually just every 6 mos for cleaning. Every time has been quick service from very pleasant and friendly people. Dr. Watanabe remembers me, as do hygienists, even though only see me twice a year! New appointments set as I'm getting out of chair and service sends convenient reminders... 5 stars!

Dr Bakula took his time to identify and resolve the cause of my tooth pain. Doctor Bakula called me a few hours after a root canal to make sure I was doing ok.

I have been going to Ballas Dental Care since the day the office opened there. I have known Dr. Watanabe for nearly 45 years. What is apparent to me is the genuine friendliness and caring of the staff. I love all three of the dentists there, and my hygienist, Shari, is awesome! There is no way a dental office can be any better than this! I have had major dental issues, but I know I am in good hands! I am so grateful I have found the best!
