Highly recommend Ballas Dental Care! I have not been to a dentist in more years than I’d like to admit and there was ZERO judgment from the staff there. They put together a treatment plan for me, considered my feelings (and my checkbook!) all while making me feel completely comfortable and supported! great service, this was an emergency dental issue, so not my usual dentist, but Stephanie did a wonderful job at fixing my crown and explained to me what she was doing and why along the way, which was very helpful.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. The staff booked an appointment for me quickly. My hygienist was amazing - she answered all of my questions, took her time with me, and went above and beyond with my cleaning. The office itself is clean and the technology is state of the art. I could not be more pleased with my visit and am now a patient for life.
Update 7/2017:
My kids are now all clients as well. Each have had different hygienists and all have been great. They are very thorough and we all walk out with clean teeth and a better approach to taking care of our teeth. One had a filling re-filled - we were very pleased with Dr. Haines - he walked her through each step and also gave us a great referral for orthodontics.

I have never cancelled an appointment to visit the dentist since I started going to Ballas. That says a lot because ... I'm not a big fan of the dentist, in general. I am - I can't believe I'm saying this - a fan of *this* dentist's office. Everyone is ridiculously nice, but not that weird, fake nice I often find at dentist's offices. They are helpful, funny, understanding and take great care of my horrible teeth. Thanks!!

Everyone is always very nice and inviting. The hygienist was extremely professional and communicated everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I was very comfortable the entire time and Dr. Haines is a consummate professional and has a calming ‘chair-side’ manner. They use advanced, state-of-the-art tools and technology. From 360 degree x-rays to a new imaging system, they were able to show me every angle of every tooth in high resolution in color on a large screen which was amazing! Highly recommended...

Best customer service, Dr. Watanabe has even come in on his day off and weekends to provide care. He is not only an excellent dentist, but is funny, kind but he only hires friendly, thoughtful, highly qualified staff. I've been a patient for over 20 years and everyone I've referred is still a patient. Selfishly, I hope he never retires, but he deserves the rest.
