I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding level of professional care and concern we experience each time we use Dr. Watanbe and his staff are truly deserving of the best review possible. The experience and expertise of Dr. Watanabe ( and the other dentists in the group) are the very best available, and the staff is equally excellent. They even have an emergency number to call with problems, and do everything they can to accommodate you whether it is a routine dental need or and urgent one. I cannot say enough about this group. They have long hours and open early. and the office staff is always so wonderful - professional and kind-and they make all efforts to meet the patients' needs.

Dr. Haines was such an amazing Dentist to work with , my reviews are based on skill AND bedside manner they compliment one another. Dr. Haines displayed nothing but confidence in what he does since I met him , he knew my case would be difficult and still took a chance on me. I just completed a 4 hour dental visit! He and his staff are amazing and kept me calm and comfy.
Edit...I wanted to also make mention of Jean the hygienists she too was thorough and educated me on the anatomy of the tooth as well as pointed out things she saw throughout the exam. I can see that this practice really places emphasis on proper bedside manner ❤

I've been a patient of Ballas Dental Care for most of my life. They are always thorough and professional. The times insurance changes have forced me to other dentists have shown me just how excellent the care is here. They have permanently fixed fillings done by other dentists which fell out. I convinced my husband to switch from his previous dentist and they helped find solutions to his tooth sensitivity and tooth grinding. When my son chipped a tooth, they were able to get us in immediately for an exam. I will continue to take my family to Ballas Dental Care and have recommended them to my friends and coworkers.
