Needed a new dentist after my last one was rude and unprofessional to my hubby. Was so glad to find this office near my house. They verified my insurance was accepted and explained exactly what was covered. The cleaning was so thorough, the dentist actually spent alot of time talking through my questions and he personally did my cleaning and flossing (Which never happened at my old office). I needed work done and they took pictures and then explained the work needed and a cost breakdown of it then got me scheduled. I came to my appointment a little early and they were able to get me in. Friendly, prompt and thorough!

Sent my child here. Said the dentist was kinda slicing his gums with a plaque remover. And when my child gagged during an X-ray, instead of her doing a trick for him to not gag, she just gave up. I’ve seen mixed reviews here, and the good reviews seem to be dentists besides the one that examined my child. And my child has only been here once. I’m not sure if I should recommend this place or not as the dentists are random.

The dentist was incredibly judgemental and rude to me. Yes it's true I haven't had a cleaning in some time. Not every one has the privlege of accessing dental care in America. She wouldn't even give me a routine cleaning. She told me that she would refer me to a specialist but there are none that accept my insurance. gee thanks.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff provide excellent care for their patients. Everyone is always friendly, kind and on time. Dr. Nguyen is always thoughtful in finding the best solution and he is not interested taking the most expensive course of action. He listens to his patients and tries to understand their challenges and needs. Please consider making this your place for dentistry, you will be glad you did!

My fiancé had a dental procedure about 7 months ago that resulted in severe pain in two of her teeth. She just returned home in tears because the staff at Hampton Hills Dental refused to recognize her pain. They prodded at her and left her mouth visibly swollen despite her telling them it was painful. They refused to inspect the previous procedure to see what could have caused the pain, and denied that anything could have possibly gone wrong with it. She told me she felt rushed and looked over as a patient, and now she’s returned in more pain than she left from the people she trusted and paid to fix her problems.
We will be looking for another dentist. The lack of care and professionalism displayed at this office is shameful. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re thinking of coming here

It is difficult to only describe one experience with Dr. Peter Nguyen and his staff at Hampton Hill Dental. I've been going to his firm since a child and never have I had a negative experience. Doctor Nguyen and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and all-around understanding when interacting with their patients. Me and my 8 year old son started seeing Dr Lean Nguyen a month ago. My sons Appt. went Great for basic cleaning & a filling and Mine is going Fantastic... I have a VERY STRONG fears due to a couple of very bad experiences with other dentists, But she has really made me feel comfortable & been very gentle with me ( i have a bunch of work to do ) and not to mention they are very reasonable on their Prices :-)

When I was young, one of my biggest fears was going to see the dentist, but I've been going here since grade school and Dr. Peter Nguyen and Dr. Lean Nguyen are the best! Both of them helps make you super comfortable during the process and explains every step along the way! They were able to answer all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The atmosphere in the office overall is very relaxed yet professional, sometimes I forget I'm actually at the dentists' office!
If you are looking for a dentist I strongly recommend giving them a try!
