This is my favorite dentist ever. I used to dread going to the dentist, but don't anymore coming here. Every single person there is kind and competent, from office staff to hygienists to the doctor. I would add, Dr. Leslie is really good at administering novocaine. I can barely feel it when I get a shot of it from Dr. Leslie. They always run on time, and everyone wears masks, which I appreciate. Hygienist Stephanie gave my very fearful son, who has had many bad dental experiences in the past, his first positive teeth cleaning experience, too. My husband goes here too and loves it. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Haven't taken care of my teeth the way I should so I was pretty nervous to go to the dentist. The staff never once made me feel bad or embarrassed. My teeth were cleaner than they ever have been before when I left. Highly recommend.

Everyone was kind and professional. They took time, and explained everything. Stephanie did a great job with the deep cleaning and my prep for crown and filing were pretty painless. The doctor was friendly and helpful, and the estimates for future work were reasonable. All in all, I'm very happy and trust they will do a good job on my upcoming work. I am deducting one star, because the staff member who did the billing wore her mask under her chin. Everyone else wore theirs and my temp was taken.

The hygienist was decent. However, as soon as I walked in , I was not greeted. A HUGE no no for me. I stood there awkwardly for several moments so that she could finish reading and responding to some funny joke on her computer screen. I definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. I scheduled for the next 6 months out but I am not sold on them.
My hygienist had a good attitude and seemed happy to do her work but that initial experience had me ready to go from the moment I sat in the chair.

I had to find a new Dentist office due to insurance reasons.Polished Dentistry is a very pleasant atmosphere! Teressa was great. Experienced friendly and put you at ease immediately. Monica was super friendly and bubbly and does a outstanding job, she helps you forget you are in a dentist chair. Then the best for last Dr Leslie. Very friendly and gentle. Great bedside manner and knows what she is doing. This is where my family and I will be going for now on. Thanks Polished Dentistry for your kindness and professionalism!

While the staff is very kind, they have no idea what is going on with appointments and insurance. I've told them 6 times I no longer am going here because they 1 charge you for things not covered under insurance without even asking amd 2 no longer live in the area yet they continually call me to schedule an appointment or remind me I have an appointment that I NEVER scheduled they scheduled it on their own.
